All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges, and refunds are only issued in the situations listed below.
Final Sale
Every order placed with Top Batch Kicks is final sale. We can’t accept returns or exchanges or offer refunds for a change of mind, ordering the wrong size, or a pair not matching your personal expectations.
Before You Order
- Check your size. Fit can vary between models. If you’re unsure, contact us before you order and we’ll help. Top Batch Kicks provides Quality Checks before every order, it is your responsibility to review the product.
- Review the listing. Look over the photos, colorway and description carefully.
- Confirm your shipping address. We aren’t responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address entered at checkout.
Cancellations
You can cancel an order for a full refund up until it ships. Once an order has shipped, it can’t be cancelled.
When We Issue a Refund
- Order not delivered. If your order is lost in transit and the carrier confirms it won’t be delivered, we’ll refund you in full.
- Wrong item. If we send a different shoe or size than you ordered, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we’ll send the correct pair or refund you. The item must be unworn and in its original box.
- Damaged in shipping. If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the shipping box and the shoes.
How to Report a Problem
Email us at shop@topbatchkicks.com with your order number, a short description of the issue and photos where relevant. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method, usually within 5–10 business days depending on your bank.
If something isn’t right with your order, please contact us before opening a dispute with your bank or card provider. We can almost always sort it out faster directly.
